The Blue House, painted in two shades of blue and white, has a sunny Greek feel and is a spacious and comfortable barn conversion with three bedrooms, high ceilings, exposed beams, and a wood-burning stove.
You park outside in the courtyard and walk into a south-facing terrace past earthenware pots of sweet-smelling herbs to the front door. Walking through the hardwood stable door you enter the kitchen, which is open for the full two stories giving an amazing feeling of space and light.
The handmade oak kitchen is fully equipped and from here you climb an oak staircase to a spacious, south-facing living room with French windows, which overlook pastureland to the river beyond
The living room has comfortable sofas, an oak floor with a large rug and a beautiful wood-burning stove. Crossing a walkway there is a double bedroom with a large double bed.
Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with two full-size bunk beds and the other with a double bed accessible from one side. These two rooms can be interconnecting via a pair of glazed windows. Next to the bedrooms is a large shower room.
Next door, in The Link there are two more large shower rooms with underfloor heating; ideal after a day on the beach or out on an adventure.
