Booking Conditions, 'the small print'
- If a booking is made eight weeks or more before your holiday a deposit
of one third of the rent is payable to secure the booking. If the booking
is made less than eight weeks before your holiday, the full rent must
be paid at the time of booking.
- The final balance is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
We prefer to accept payment via BACS. Please contact David for our
banking details.
- If you wish to cancel your booking you will only receive a refund
of moneys paid if we are able to re-let the accommodation, in which
case we will refund any amounts paid less a 20% administration charge.
All cancellations must be in writing or e-mail.
- Rental includes all linen, electricity, heating oil and your first
load of logs for the fire; all subsequent loads are charged at £10.
- You agree to pay for any losses or damage to the property caused by
you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) and we reserve the
right to terminate your stay if any of your party are not treating the
property with due respect.
- If for any reason beyond our control your house is not available on
the date booked we will agree to refund all rentals paid, but you will
have no further claim against us.
- Both houses and common areas are nonsmoking and sorry but we are unable
to take pets.
- Arrival time is after 4.00 pm and we ask you to leave by 11.00 am
on the following Friday
- Whilst you are welcome to have guests to stay during your holiday
and we will make up extra beds if you let us know before you arrive,
please do not exceed the maximum number of beds in the house (Red and
Blue Houses up to six plus cot and yurt up to five plus cot)
- We are looking forward to meeting you and hope you have a great holiday
