Adventure booking conditions

At Adventure Cornwall we are fully committed to your physical health and safety.

However with all adventurous activities there are hazards and so the associated risk of injury We constantly strive to minimise these risks by carrying out risk assessments and adhering to strict in-house and National Governing Body safety protocols for each activity and we only employ instructors and trainers with the necessary experience and qualifications to lead these activities.

We will always aim to tailor the level of the activity to suit your ability and our aim is always to make the adventure enjoyable. However, there is a need to be relatively fit and not be suffering from any medical condition that may be exasperated by physical exertion so if you have any concerns about participating in these activities, please talk to us or your doctor before you visit.

We rarely cancel activities, but sometimes, due to bad weather or similar considerations, it may be necessary to cancel or postpone a particular activity. In this situation we will offer a refund or alternative activity. However you agree that you will have no further claim against us.

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian with them. If you have very young members in your group, ask us about which activities would be most suitable

You also agree that you and your party will abide by all reasonable instructions given by you guide or instructor. These instructions will often be given for the safety of you and the groups.
