High on the hills of Bodmin moor, low in the sheltered valleys of the Fowey estuary or on the exposed coastal cliffs there are excellent rocks for climbing and abseiling in this part of Cornwall.

We travel in the comfort of our air-conditioned Landrover, with all the equipment piled on the roof, we're ready for anything!

If you are a beginner, your instructor and guide will take you through the basics before you move on. If you have some experience, you'll be set more demanding challenges to test your strength, flexibility and judgment.

A day's climbing or abseiling, at whatever level, can leave you with an immense feeling of satisfaction, respect for the natural environment and ready to go back to Lombard and soak muscles you never knew you had in the hot-tub.
