Are you looking for a more extreme challenge? Then we can take you high into the hills of Bodmin moor, where there are some excellent rocks for climbing and abseiling. We can find one that is ideal for you and will both test your determination and provide you will a real sense of achievement!

If you are a beginner, your instructor and guide will take you through the basics before you move on. If you have some experience, you'll be set more demanding challenges to test your strength, flexibility and judgment.

Climbing and abseiling days can also be combined with a moorland expedition; usually a morning of exploration on the high moors and then an afternoon 'on the rocks'.

A day's climbing or abseiling, at whatever level, can leave you with an immense feeling of satisfaction, respect for the natural environment and ready to go back to Lombard and soak muscles you never knew you had in the hot-tub.
