Our aim at Adventure Cornwall is to make your day as enjoyable as possible.
We aim to tailor the level of the activity to suit your aspirations and ability, whilst considering your physical and emotional well-being and we are fully committed to your health and safety, however, as with all adventure activities there are hazards and the associated risk of injury. We strive to minimise these risks by carrying out risk assessments and adhering to in-house and national governing body safety protocols for each activity.
We only employ instructors and trainers with the necessary experience and qualifications to lead the activities and the size of our groups are always kept small in order to provide personal attention.
However to take part in an activity you need to be relatively fit and not suffering from any medical condition that may be exasperated by physical exertion, so if you have any concerns about participating in these activities, please talk to your doctor or us before your visit.
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them and if you have very young (or old) members in your group, please ask us about which activities would be most suitable.
Any transport to or from the activity site will be in your vehicle or in one of our vehicles, in which case it is provided free of charge.
