At Adventure Cornwall we are fully committed to your physical health and safety. Nevertheless, as with all adventure activities there are hazards and the associated risk of injury.
We constantly strive to minimise these risks by carrying out risk assessments and adhering to strict in-house and national governing body safety protocols for each activity.
We only employ instructors and trainers with the necessary experience and qualifications to lead the activities.
Our aim is to make the adventure enjoyable and we will always tailor the level of the activity to suit your aspirations and ability whilst considering your physical and emotional well-being.
To take part in an activity you need to be relatively fit and not suffering from any medical condition that may be exasperated by physical exertion, so if you have any concerns about participating in these activities, please talk to your doctor or us before your visit.
