Natural Adventure -slowing down, reflecting and preparing for change

Based on the highly successful approach used on WWF's Natural Change Project, this three-day course offers a unique personal development experience.

You will be led through a process designed to help you revitalise your connections with the natural world to gain personal healing and ecological insight. You will emerge feeling transformed and refreshed, with a renewed sense of your own place in the natural order of things.

The approach uses therapeutic techniques facilitated through gentle outdoor activities, small group work and one-to-one mentoring. The highlight of the course is a day spent from dawn until dusk alone in an ancient riverside woodland, managed by the National Trust. Although challenging, often in surprising ways, the day is very carefully organised to be accessible to a wide range of abilities.

The course is led by Dave Key with David Collin, with support from Jemma Roberts and therapeutic supervision from Dr. Margaret Kerr.

You can book as an individual or as a group. Group size is limited to eight people, to two facilitators. After the programme we offer additional one-to-one mentoring by phone or skype to support you in translating your experience back into your everyday life.

This course is especially designed for adult participants. The focus is firmly on gentle self discovery in a supportive group format, with luxury accommodation and legendary food!
